Honey Hive Five will gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You will need to ship items back within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please note we do not accept cancellations or returns on custom or personalized items.

Turnaround, meaning when your item will ship, is approx 3-5 business days. All
