Honey Hive Five gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You will need to ship items back within 14 days of delivery. If you need to request a cancellation please do so within 24 hours of purchase.┬áBecause of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for: Custom or Personalized Orders. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Turnaround, meaning when your item will ship, is approx 1-2 weeks. All
items are made to order unless marked as ready to ship. If you have a

machine with success but we recommend hand washing or spot cleaning.
